For over two decades I have supported people living with BPD & EUPD amongst other problems. As a bacp accredited integrative therapist, I combine person centred with DBT and CBT skills to create a programme that is tailored entirely to you.
I work with women across the UK online, offering a structured 9-session programme that includes daily watsapp support between sessions. I also have extensive experience supporting people in addiction recovery and those navigating the connection between undiagnosed ADHD or Autism and EUPD/BPD.
My specialties are working with people with BPD and EUPD, including those who suspect their emotional difficulties may be connected to undiagnosed ADHD or Autism. I also support people experiencing intense emotions, unstable or broken relationships, low self worth and addiction. My structured programme includes DBT skills to help you regulate your emotions
I am naturally warm, empathic, and client's often tell me they feel safe and understood. I offer a non judmental space where no subject is off limits.
