A warm welcome to Forever Growing Therapy Specialists, I am Jacqueline a highly skilled Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, RTT Practitioner & Mindfulness Coach. I also hold experience has a school counsellor and therapeutic practitioner. Together we create a safe calming space, reducing overwhelm, promoting self exploration and expression, gaining deep understanding of challenges faced. At your pace we work towards soothing the nervous system, moving away from anxiety, being your own biggest critic, creating a new updated communication style, compassionate, one that works for you, stepping into being your own best friend.
I draw from various models, including mindfulness, establishing and embedding helpful healthy strategies, reducing stress, trauma and anxiety. I hold specialism in neuro-diversity, anxiety, attachments and trauma, alongside extensive experience, successfully supporting clients navigating fear, grief, panic, low self esteem, OCD and disorganised patterns.
I understand the process of finding a counsellor can be daunting, too much at times, talking yourself into it and then out again, I have been in this position, having had counselling too I realised I could only make an informed decision with information, so please just ask away.
