As a Psychotherapist Traumatologist I specialise in the treatment of Trauma, PTSD, and C-PTSD. I travel with you on your road to trauma recovery, phase one: psycho-education learn about your bodies natural responses, fight /flight and freeze. The effects of trauma and how to retune your nervous system and reclaim parts of self that disconnected as a means to survive, phase two: trauma processing, phase three post traumatic growth relapse prevention.
Trauma recovery can be challenging, having the right guide to support you through the process is vital, moving through the process at a pace that is right for you honouring every part of your system, "it has got you here"!!.
