Using my integrative skills I adapt the therapy to you as an individual, with helpful exploration and psycho-education to aid in understanding self and circumstances. Always empatheically keeping you, the human, at the heart of the matter.
I offer an introductory hour with some exercises to get to know you. I offer a judgement free space in which you can take your time on your journey of exploring self, navigating the world and the relationships that transpire within it.

An initial intake session will be charged at half price (£25), and subsequent sessions will be charged at £50 each. Students will be charged £40 per session. I understand that circumstances differ and am therefore willing to offer a sliding scale, dependent on circumstances.
