My name is Jackie and I am a registered and accredited person centred counsellor in private practice with over 17 years experience in a role I am passionate about. I am here to walk alongside you in your journey of therapeutic discovery back to wellbeing and health.
I offer person centred therapy that is warm, empathetic, supportive and informed. I have a passion for promoting emotional wellbeing and helping people to heal from past and present experiences and hurts. I have spent years working with complex mental health issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, loss and bereavement as well as a wide range of other concerns.
I recognise how difficult it can sometimes be to seek counselling and I know how important it is to find your right counsellor. I will work alongside you to make this whole process as easy, affirming and life enhancing as possible. With the cost of living rising, I welcome clients who may want fortnightly sessions in order to spread the cost of therapy.
