I am a registered and accredited counsellor with over 10 years’ experience and provide one to one counselling for adults of all ages. I specialise in working with complex trauma, C-PTSD( complex post traumatic stress disorder) and disorders like BPD.I have considerable experience of working with depression, anxiety, coping with loss and bereavement, panic attacks, anger issues, intense guilt, trauma, childhood sexual abuse and difficulty in relating to others.I also have experience working with clients on the Autistic spectrum or Asperger’s and family members.
We will look initially at your most pressing area of concern. By exploring past experiences can help in understanding in how you are behaving and feeling now. From here with new insights, deeper understanding and more freedom you will have more choices to respond to current situations rather than reacting from past defence mechanisms
