Hi and welcome, I’m Jackie. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds bringing a range of different issues to counselling. These include counselling for anxiety issues, neurodivergence (autism/ADHD/AuDHD), LGBTQI+ people and those who are GSRD (Gender, Sex & Relationship Diverse - in non-traditional relationship structures like consensual non-monogamy, ethical non-monogamy, poly etc and/or kinky) and much more. Please be assured that you'll be welcome whatever you're bringing and I will always provide an affirming, supportive and open minded space where I will work collaboratively with you to understand your needs.
I work integratively which means I am able to use different elements from a variety of modalities to suit your needs. I am committed to providing an inclusive, gender affirming and neuro-affirming space where you are welcome to be your authentic self. As a neurodivergent therapist, I am passionate about working with autistic/ADHD/AuDHD individuals.
It can be difficult to reach out for support, especially if you feel nervous or unsure. There is no right or wrong way to come to counselling, and you are welcome to bring whatever you need and work through it at your own pace.
