I am an experienced conscientious and caring counsellor with over 20 years of experience. I am trained in the person-centred approach and over the years have developed a pluralistic approach. This approach recognises that different approaches work for different clients at different times and will discuss and agree the approach I use. I have experience of working with adults and young people who have been impacted by a range of emotional issues and am skilled in working with attachment, trauma, abuse and relational difficulties.
