My role is to walk alongside you, listen deeply, and support you in finding a way forward at your own pace.
My own experiences of profound loss, including child bereavement, allow me to bring empathy and hope as we explore the possibility of positive change or new beginnings.
As a qualified therapist and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I have worked for many years in the mental health field as a practitioner, manager, and clinical supervisor. For nearly 12 years, I served as a senior manager for a national children's mental health charity and am now enjoying private practice.
