I'm a person-centred & experiential psychotherapist. My work is grounded in relationship, presence, and respect for your unique experience of the world. I work collaboratively and at your pace. Alongside listening and understanding, I will offer reflections, observations, or ideas that support deeper awareness and new perspectives.
