I'm passionate about children, young people and adults' mental health and wellbeing. I believe being able to access Counselling and Psychotherapy quickly, in a safe, compassionate environment is key to supporting people with emotional difficulties, anxiety, depresssion, stress, addiction or trauma. I believe we all struggle at times and that counselling can benefit everyone regardless of their age, gender, culture, religion, sexual orientation or beliefs. My goal is to help you achieve the long lasting emotional wellbeing you are looking for so that you can live the life you want.
I am an integrative counsellor and can draw from a range of therapeutic models to meet your needs, whatever they are. I offer a calm, caring and safe environment where no one will be judged. With children I work with play, offering a range of opportunities, with time and space, for your child to make sense of their overwhelming emotions.
