I am a compassionate, dedicated individual, couples, and EMDR trauma therapist. My experience and passion lie in helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges.

Depending on what brings you to therapy, will depend on the approach we take. I am a BACP (Accred) psychotherapist, a qualified EMDR trauma therapist, Gottman Institute couples therapist, and Gestalt group therapist, allowing me to tailor my approach to suit your needs. Alongside this, we can adapt the frequency/intensity of the sessions.

You may want to address your issues as quickly as possible. This is where EMDR therapy can be beneficial & I offer 1 to 2-day EMDR intensives to do this. You may be looking for therapy every week. Whichever style of therapy you are looking for & frequency, we can look at how to best support you in working through your issues in a safe & supportive manner.
