I have over 20 years experience of working on all aspects of relationship issues; this can be on your own or as a couple. I also offer Psychosexual Treatment as a Tavistock Therapist: all available on-line or in person in Cardiff &Chepstow. I act as a confidential guide through what may be dividing your relationship or making you feel depressed. Changing what is keeping you emotionally distant or sexually disconnected is the goal. The complexity of maintaining intimacy or experiencing betrayal & rebuilding your relationship is complex but possible. From an Existential perspective the mistake we make in life is thinking we have time.
Relationship therapy aims at regaining a 'couple state of mind' & can help untangle issues of sexual intimacy. As a COSRT member with specialist training - fees are £90 for individuals & £110 couples & £110 for Psychosexual Treatment. Individual therapy is offered on a weekly basis only. Couples can choose weekly or bi-weekly (excluding school holidays).
Being in relationship may be a biological imperative but it's never been a harder time to achieve warmth care and love within a creative and enduring union. With regard to issues of intimacy or betrayal.
