Hello, I'm Jack – a BACP accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor.
I offer online or telephone counselling, with both short-term and long-term support options. My approach is guided by you—I'll meet you where you are, and together, we can create a safe, supportive space to explore what's on your mind. This is your time to be heard and understood. I draw primarily from person-centred and humanistic approaches, focusing on understanding your unique experiences and perspective. Together, we can explore what you'd like to work on.
My Specialisms are working with: People struggling with life changes, transitions, identity and decision making. Sexuality and Gender Idenity and People from the LGBTQ+ Community. Parents/Carers of young people with mental health problems. Working with professionals and work-based stress (Allied Health Care Professionals, including NHS Workers, Key Workers.
Above are just some examples of the areas I work with, however I believe our connection is the most important thing. If you contact me we can discuss sessions and we can decide together whether we can work together. I offer a free 30 minute intro session so we can do this.
