Hi, my names Jack. I’m an intuitive, person-centred, and empathic therapist with a genuine passion for helping people. People choose to come to therapy for a variety of reasons so I chose to be an integrative therapist which means I can use a variety of therapeutic models to suit your needs. Together we can be goal orientated or take time to explore issues and problems at your own pace. I have experience in bereavement, anger issues, relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, guilt, low self-esteem and OCD. I have additional training in CBT Couples Therapy.

Together, we’ll explore the unconscious beliefs and patterns that may be influencing your decisions and behaviours. By gaining insight into these deeper influences, you’ll feel more empowered to make healthier, more informed and autonomous choices in your life. I offer a judgement free, relaxed space that allows you to explore yourself.
