I am here to offer caring and supportive therapy, where you can explore your challenges and build a life grounded in self-compassion and understanding.
You may be facing the pain of a loss or breakup, or trying to untangle patterns of anxiety or isolation, or simply craving a safe space to be heard and understood. My goal is to help you be 100% of who you are.
Therapy is a space to share, to be silent, cry, laugh, even be playful. As a gay man I have learned the power of embracing all the parts of who I am (including the messy bits!) and I want the same for you.
Together, we will create an affirming, gently challenging space where you feel seen and valued. I have a particular interest in working with LGBTQ+ clients, and those navigating issues of sex, relationships and identity. I am also a trainee EMDR practitioner, working with trauma.
My practice is anti-oppressive and sex positive.
It is our relationships and our ability to connect that makes us human. Therapy is about creating a deeply human relationship built on trust, respect and care.
I offer you a safe space to explore how you relate to yourself and others, understanding old patterns, experimenting with new ones, while nurturing growth and healing.

Queer Men's therapy group
A therapy group offers a unique opportunity to explore how we relate to ourselves and others. In this group, we support queer, gay, bi and trans men and non-binary folk to explore their wounds and celebrate their identities. Work on your relationship to self and others. Receive support and feedback. Increase interpersonal confidence. Develop deep, genuine connections. We meet weekly, in central Bristol.
