I can offer a non-judgmental, confidential space for you to explore anything that is distressing you. Whether you are struggling to deal with difficulties from your past or you are overwhelmed by the present, I offer counselling sessions that are responsive to your needs. We will work together to support you and that means celebrating you.
I am a MSc-educated person-centred psychotherapist with a specialism in working with LGBTQ individuals, neurodivergent people and trauma survivors. I offer a safe space for everyone with a strong belief in providing an equal, understanding space for marginalised people. My practice offers a flexible and reflective look at your life and your mental health.
The most important part of counselling is building a strong relationship between you and me. This means taking time to value you for who you are and providing healthy, boundaried time for you to explore yourself within a caring relationship.
