I am a BACP accredited psychodynamic counsellor and I offer a warm and welcoming space for you to explore any issues or difficulties you may be struggling with. I work with adults, couples and children age 11-18 and and have experience in working with a wide range of issues that may be linked to past experiences or stressors in the present. I have experience and understanding of working with neurodivergence particularly Autism and ADHD. My aim is to provide a confidential and comfortable place for you to safely explore any issues that are causing difficulties or distress.
I offer both long term and short term sessions and have experience in working with a broad range of issues such as:- Anxiety, Depression and Low Mood, Trauma and Abuse Sexual Violence and Loss and Bereavement. I am passionate about inclusivity and I have extensive experience and understanding in working with neurodivergence, especially Autism and ADHD.
My training is psychodynamic which involves the linking of our past and present, although I also offer a more solution focussed approach when working with issues in the 'here and now'. I offer a free initial 30 min call for us to talk though your hopes for counselling, let you know if I feel I can help, and discuss the possibility of us working together.
