Hi my name is Heline, I am a BSc registered Integrative Counsellor MBACP with 26 years experience. Dip CBT. I am a trauma therapist, clinical supervisor, child therapist and cultural sensitive Trauma informed Trainer. I work with people of all ages who have experience mental health and complex trauma in schools, colleges, education. NHS, Foster and social care system, Addictions field, family services and in the community. I provide a range of interventions that help reduce physical and emotional ailments, depression, anxiety, self harm, loss, PTSD inter generational wounds, identity issues, self image, suicidal ideation, etc
Holistic healing methods, expressive arts, EFT skills integral eye movement, somatic experiencing techniques are tailored to suit individual need combined with talking therapies &CBT. The skills help regulate the nervous system improving stress, grief, tension & panic, diffusing negative thoughts & angry reactions, aiding self healing and depressed thinking.
