Hello, I'm Izzy :) I offer a grounding presence and creative approach. Sessions are a gentle place for you land and explore things at your own pace. Our goal to help you to live in a way that works for you, and embraces your sensitivity and uniqueness. My practical take on therapy suits overthinkers and worriers who want to spend less time in their heads. You don't need any artistic skills or experience to work with me!
I tailor my approach to your needs, weaving together ecotherapy, body awareness, creativity and psychotherapy. You may find that creativity helps with self-expression when words are difficult. We will embrace your creative process, using the method or materials that suit you. Sessions normally last 1 hour and take place online.
If you'd like to get to know me better, I offer a free initial chat. For some people, considering therapy can be nerve wracking. If there's anything I can do to make our meeting more comfortable for you, please ask. Looking forward to chatting soon!
