Sometimes life leads us to question who we are, what we need and how to move forward. Perhaps you are experiencing grief and loss, relationship difficulties, navigating a life transition or discovering new aspects of identity. I offer a space among the uncertainty to slow down, make sense of what is happening and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. I welcome people of all genders, sexualities and neurotypes. 
I am a BACP-registered therapist, offering online and in-person sessions. I have worked in mental health and related fields since 2019, with experience as a therapist in the NHS and an LGBTQIA+ specialist charity. I offer open-ended therapy, allowing time for deeper exploration at your own pace.
Deciding to start therapy is a positive step towards making space for yourself and what you are going through. I usually begin with an initial consultation, to talk about what has brought you to counselling and whether my approach feels right to you.
