I am a clinical psychologist providing short and long-term therapy and autism assessments to children and adults in a private practice Kent. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where we can develop an understanding of your difficulties. I draw on a variety of psychological approaches including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural (CBT), and systemic (including narrative and solution-focused). I have 9 years of experience working with a variety of difficulties including depression, anxiety and trauma. I have worked with children diagnosed with Autism (including PDA profile) and supported them their families for many years.
Therapy approaches are often ‘integrated’ to suit an individual’s needs. Just as each person is different, so are their needs. Therefore, we can begin with an initial consultation meeting to understand together what you are going through and what would be helpful to you. I work Monday - Friday (09:30 - 14:30) and Sunday evenings (from 18:00). The fee for each 50 minute session is £100, even though I offer discounted sessions at times. I currently primarily work online.
