Welcome to Issy Snouck Therapy. I am an Integrative Therapist offering both short and long term work. My practice is underpinned by a warm, compassionate and open-minded approach, holding closely the values of intersectionality and anti-oppressive work.
I work in an LGBTQ+ affirmative way, and have particular experience working with:
Grief and Loss, Anxiety and Depression, Early Adulthood and Life Transitions, ADHD and Neurodiversity, Chronic Illness and Trauma & Complex PTSD.
I work in an integrated, relational way meaning that I draw on a range of different therapeutic approaches to individualise treatment according to the unique needs of each client. My practice is framed by a respect for the unique cultural and social context of each individual, using this as a starting point from which to understand their mental health.
