As a psychodynamic psychotherapist I don’t give advice. Instead therapy is a place of safety where your difficult feelings and emotions can be explored without judgment, and in complete confidence.
Difficult or painful early experiences can create patterns of behaviour in later life that can negatively affect the way we relate to others, and impair our ability to cope with life’s ups and downs. In therapy I work closely with you to explore the roots of these negative or destructive patterns.
Your therapy is a safe place where you can begin to work towards greater independence and self-compassion, and can explore healthier and more satisfying ways of being, and relating to others.
