I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor. My primary training is in the Psychodynamic model and this is the basis of my work. I do adapt my style to meet the highly individual needs of each client. I aim to offer a safe and confidential space for clients to explore what has made life slip out of gear.
As well as working in private practice, I work for Petals Charity, supporting individuals and couples, who have suffered a trauma or/and loss at birth. I have also worked for CRUSE, the specialist bereavement charity, and the Cogwheel Trust. The Cogwheel Trust is a charity that supports adult individuals with many needs.
I am a qualified supervisor and couples therapist.
