Welcome to my profile page My name is Isobel and I am a qualified Integrative Therapist and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP). I offer a comfortable, safe and non-judgmental environment in which to explore your emotions and issues in confidence and take an holistic approach to counselling. I believe every individual is unique and tailor my approach specifically to you and your needs. In our work together, I will draw upon the disciplines of all the psychological modalities together with working with the physical, cultural & spiritual 'you' in order to enable your move to wellbeing.
I provide both long-term & time limited one-to-one therapy in my practice in Hammersmith and Online. The length of time is something that we can discuss and agree on together at our first meeting. Whatever has brought you to this point to be inspired to explore moving your life forward, together we can look at what your goals are & how to achieve them.
Since 2006, I have been priviliged to work with clients from broad & diverse arenas, ages & cultures in NHS settings, charities & also privately; exploring a plethora of issues and together working towards a positive goal, better emotional and physical health and an increased feeling of well-being.
