Welcome - I'm glad you're here. I’m an integrative therapeutic counsellor with a degree in Psychology, and a member of the BACP.
My mission is to create a safe, confidential, and supportive space for those who may feel like the “black sheep” or are struggling with their identity, sense of purpose, or life’s overwhelming challenges. If you’re facing a difficult transition, dealing with relationship struggles, or working through anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem, I’m here to help you reconnect with the essence of who you truly are. Together, we’ll gently explore your concerns in an understanding, non-judgmental environment.
I work in a way that focuses on you and what you need. In our sessions, you’ll guide the conversation, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. When helpful, I will share information or use different methods based on your unique experiences and needs. The aim is to empower you to find clarity, resilience and a greater sense of well being.
If you're feeling lost, stuck or overwhelmed, you are not alone. With experience supporting individuals from all backgrounds, including with different neuro-diversities and diverse gender identities, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental and inclusive space for you to be heard. Together, we can explore your unique experiences and find a path forward.
