I support clients in understanding their neurodivergence, processing the emotional impact of late diagnosis, and developing practical strategies for managing overwhelm, relationships, work and self esteem.
The therapeutic environment I create is calm, purposeful, confidential, and non-judgemental. This space allows clients to feel safe as they gain insight, develop emotional resilience, and move toward lasting positive change.
