I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist providing evidence-based psychological therapy in the NHS and private practice for over 15 years. My extensive training enables me to draw on a variety of therapeutic models that I integrate into my practice to support you in reclaiming your quality of life. These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Somatic Therapy. I am also a trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) psychologist, which is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that is particularly effective at helping clients to heal from complex trauma.
I primarily work with adults and specialise in unresolved past trauma, addressing its effect on the mind and body, specifically its links to chronic health conditions e..g, chronic pain, IBS, migraines, Fibromyalgia, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD and eating disorders/disordered eating,
