I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years experience working within health and mental health settings. I currently lead an innovative NHS wellbeing service for young people alongside offering private therapy for individuals.
My approaches centre around collaboration, creativity and drawing on individual’s strengths and resources to help them in navigating challenging times. I aim to build strong relationships and believe in empowering others to fulfil their potential in whatever ways are important to them. Therapy can be helpful for many different reasons and can enable us to build skills that can help us throughout our lives.
I have experience supporting people with a range of experiences and problems.
As a Psychologist, I am able to draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor therapy to suit people’s needs. I use a range of models within my work including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Narrative therapy.
I welcome people from all backgrounds, and embrace diversity in race, ethnicity, religion, sexual identity, gender identity and physical ability. Strong therapeutic relationships and feeling safe are important within therapy and so I offer a free 15 minute chat to answer any questions you might have and give you a chance to see if it feels like a good fit.
