EMDR Therapy (Eye movement desensitisation and processing) is for clients who are experiencing Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or trauma/psychological dysfunction and Sexual Abuse and/or Rape. EMDR helps shift traumatic memories that are stored in the mind and body. This is a powerful technique that can help you process the traumatic memory/memories.
