I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor. I use an integrated person centred approach, so that I can work in a way that resonates with you. I have experience of working with a variety of clients from different backgrounds and with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life change, self esteem/self confidence, carers, and women's issues.
