We all have a unique history that often shapes us as a person and therefore our lives. We all have a story to tell, sharing your story, thoughts and feelings can offer them space to breathe, leading to new insights, perspectives and understanding. Feeling alone with your thoughts can be isolating, and discussing them with people close to you isn't always easy. I'm here to listen without judgement, providing support and understanding. Together, we'll navigate through whatever has brought you to counselling to help you find a way forward that feels right for you.
I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor. I use an integrated person centred approach, so that I can work in a way that resonates with you. I have experience of working with a variety of clients from different backgrounds and with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life change, self esteem/self confidence, carers, and women's issues.
I know choosing a therapist can be daunting, but please be assured, you will be met with kindness and understanding. Wanting to make change or explore yourself and your life can feel overwhelming however, I aim to make this a positive experience, it is important that you feel comfortable and safe within the therapeutic relationship.
