I am a BACP-registered Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with an MSc in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. My experience includes practising within the NHS and a leading mental health Charity, supporting people with a wide variety of presenting issues. These include anxiety, depression, relationship-related issues, attachment issues, childhood trauma, sexual and/or physical abuse, bereavement, domestic violence, and low self-esteem. If you are at a difficult point in your life, feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, or confused about your feelings and talking to a therapist can help you work through these difficult emotions.
As an integrative therapist with a person-centred background, I am passionate about helping you overcome whatever challenges you are facing and will provide you with a safe, non-judgemental and therapeutic space for transformative healing. I will then use a range of different therapeutic models, to tailor therapy to suit your individual needs.
Having worked with clients from a diverse range of backgrounds and identities, I believe that each individual is an expert of their own life, having been shaped by their experiences, worldviews, culture, religious beliefs, ethnicity, gender, and sexual differences. I offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore whatever you are feeling.
