Therapy can help you reduce symptoms caused by overwhelm, bereavement, a sense of loss or issues at work, or in your relationships. I help clients from 16 up to understand and manage their emotions and relationship difficulties with other people or with themselves, including cross cultural and neurodivergence aspects. Together, we can process what is causing you problems and create your new story. Appointments available in person, either outdoors or indoors, and online. You do not have to commit to a set number of sessions. You can decide what is right for you.
My work is informed by transactional analysis, attachment and trauma theory and meditation. I am passionate about issues around perinatal mental health, relationships, diversity, and young people's mental health. I have done intensive training on ADHD and have lived experience of it. I also love to support counselling trainees and colleagues.
You do not have to figure out everything on your own.
