In therapy, I integrate different therapeutic approaches, tools, and practical exercises to help you disentangle from unhealthy patterns and heal from past experiences. I have a particular passion for supporting multi-ethnic couples and people who live in a new culture to navigate the challenges of cultural transition and adaptation.
I offer brief and long-term therapy via face-to-face, walk & talk, and online sessions.
