My clients are typically people with intercultural background - individuals, couples or groups. They might be facing challenges related to significant change – moving between different countries/cultures, change in their relationship status or professional roles. They might be going through challenging times in life and facing difficult choices: infidelity, separation, opening their relationship, empty nest syndrome. We work in their first or second language - English, Russian or Bulgarian. And even if I don’t speak your native tongue, as someone who is multilingual, I understand the challenges and gifts that come with bilingualism.

I am here to help you design the relationships and life you love. We start with discovering your relational patterns and go through a re-patterning process. The focus of my work is on intimacy and connection in relating – relationship with self, romantic partnerships, cohabitation, family or professional relations, friendship.

I believe that the idea of relationship design does not deprive human relationships from their magic. Rather, it brings awareness of the active role we play through our choices. I provide a non-judgmental environment for exploring the variety of your relationships (including ethical non-monogamy), loosen the inner conflict you might have.

Most often I offer a limited number of sessions as a start (e.g. 16 weekly sessions, following the model of Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy) and take advance payment for every 4 sessions. Depending on my client's needs I also offer ongoing psychotherapy support and bill at the end of each month.

Relationship Design Circle

The Relationship Design Circles are 7 week online group programmes offered by the Relationship Design School (www.relationshipdesignschoo.com). They include 5 live online zoom gathering and two weeks of self study. Relational issues are best explored in connection. Join a Relationship Design Circle if you want to explore your relationship with yourself, with others and every aspect of your life. This is not a classic therapy group. However, they offer a therapeutic space - safe and non-judgmental - for relational exploration and developing relational intelligence and literacy.
