I'm Irene, founder of Hidden Hope Counselling. I offer a warm and safe space where what’s inside can be heard, seen, and gently healed. Life's struggles and losses can leave us feeling overwhelmed, yet I believe that within each person there lies a hidden hope, a quiet resilience waiting to be uncovered and nurtured.
I was born and raised in Malaysia, a multicultural country shaped by many faiths and traditions. This has given me a deep respect for diversity and sensitivity to how culture, identity, and belonging shape our stories. Besides English, I also speak Mandarin, which means we can work together in the language that feels most natural to you.
