I am a consultant psychotherapist. I work with adults, young people, neurodivergent individuals, and families supporting a child unable to attend school, including those awaiting or transitioning from CAMHS. I offer supervision to therapists, drawing on my experience in service leadership and multidisciplinary settings to support effective practice.
My approach is collaborative. I work holistically, considering mind, body, and environment. I bring a warm non-judgemental attitude and an insightful mind to guide clients through the process of defining the problem, deciding how best to approach it, and agree a focus for treatment.
