About
Counselling can help you deal with difficult life events such as Depression, Loss, Anxiety, Abuse and much more. Are you affected by your past or childhood events? do you crave change or resolution? Counselling provides the space, skills and ability to achieve that change you so desire. I'm passionate about helping people to deal with and overcome anxiety. I have a proven track record with adults and young people who suffer with historical trauma and negative childhood experiences. I provide that safe space you need.
I offer a private ‘Independent Counselling Service’ based in Stockport for both adults and young persons. My counselling room is warm, safe and relaxing (see pic bottom of page). I am a fully qualified and insured Integrative Counsellor, a member of the MBACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists), meaning, I abide by their guidelines.
As a Counsellor I feel privileged to be able to support individuals on their own therapeutic journeys. I am successful in bringing change and resolution to my clients. I also work in schools providing counselling to young people in crisis and love every minute of my job. "If you change nothing, nothing will change".
