My name is Iren, a National Counselling Society (MNCS) Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. Together we will work to identify and focus on the issues you are dealing with in a relaxed and confidential environment. We will challenge the dysfunctional thoughts and develop new skills to change the way of thinking.
