I am Ioanna, I am a psychologist and psychotherapist. I spent more than 10 years working in the NHS before moving into private practice, where I now focus on supporting clients individually.
I have experience in a wide range of issues such as mood disorders, relational difficulties and parenting. My approach focuses on empowering people to overcome challenges, explore their strengths, and achieve their goals. Together, we work collaboratively to create a supportive and transformative environment where personal growth can flourish.
As a psychotherapist, I'm trained in systemic therapy, yet I integrate techniques from various psychotherapeutic schools, tailoring my approach to the unique needs of each individual. Central to my work is cultivating a compassionate, genuine, and collaborative therapeutic relationship.
