At times we face difficulties consciously and subconsciously that we find challenging to unpack and resolve. These experiences can make us feel isolated, confused or at times we may not know how we feel.
Depending on your needs, I may use various tools and techniques in our sessions to guide you. Therapy can initially feel daunting and sometimes awkward. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space, to give you the time to work at your pace, where you can eventually feel safe enough to truly be yourself.
