I understand that seeking therapy can be both comforting and daunting, but it can also be liberating and I commend individuals who reach out for help. Our pain can often be a message that there is something amiss in our lives, and I believe it is important that we listen to that message. I value a collaborative relationship with my clients and draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques, along with various modalities including psychodynamic, existential, transpersonal, gestalt and humanistic practices. My approach takes into consideration the emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, social and cultural aspects of the individual.
