Being able to share what is going on with someone who knows how to respond can be such a relief. It's important to find a counsellor whom you can trust and who will understand you. I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor. This means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches depending on my client's needs. Through a gentle yet firm approach, I have worked online and face to face, with couples, families, adults and teens, all looking for guidance and support in their own individual way. We work together to overcome difficulties, leading to better understanding and better outcomes. I also have an extensive background of working with addiction.
