I tailor my approach and work with individuals and couples. Whether you need to overcome a traumatic experience, difficulties in relationships, self esteem, anxiety or coaching to provide skills to transition through life, manage a situation or perform at your best. Building an independent, safe and trusting environment for you to explore issues and challenges in life: both work and/or personal is important for me.
Overcoming experiences in life that impact on us in an unhelpful way is not straight forward. It can also be damaging to our health and happiness if we develop unwanted behaviours to cope with our emotions. EMDR, Hypnosis, Symbolic Modelling combined with psychotherapy can help you move forward with confidence.
I practice in central Summertown Oxford, in a friendly and professional environment. I work in a practical solution-focussed approach and offer, therapy, coaching and hypnotherapy.
