Announcement icon I am happy to work online for any clients, especially those who need to self-isolate or experience symptoms of Covid 19.
I would love to discover a way for you to be able to cope with new situations and challenges; live a more productive and satisfying life; improve relationships; decrease anxiety and much more; please contact me if you would like me to try and work with you, to help make your life more complete. An important reason why you might choose to seek help includes finding it difficult to cope with your thoughts and feelings and those thoughts and feelings having an impact on your day-to-day life. It's always OK to ask for help.
The majority of my experience is with children and young people, but I have enjoyed working with adults too. I have over thirteen years’ experience at a local secondary school, working with students with anxiety, challenging behaviour and much more; as well as experience working with adults at Phoenix Counselling Services.
Seeking help for a mental health problem can be a really important step towards getting and staying well, but it can be hard to know how to start or where to turn to. It’s common to feel unsure about seeking support for your mental health, but it’s always OK for you to ask for help.
