There is no question life is stressful - especially at this time. We are all looking at the new ‘normal’ wondering how we got here.. It is normal for there to be an increase in depression and anxiety right now, but the good news is that help is available. You do not have to struggle alone. We all need a neutral, non-judgmental person to talk things through with. I believe that knowing you are not alone, and having that safe place to express your fears, or uncover how the past influences you today, is essential for mental health.
As a Clinical Psychologist I have worked in both the USA and the U.K. in a range of settings - Community Mental Health settings, Hospitals and outpatient clinics. While I primarily work with adult clients, I also have experience working in a center for teens. I use a patient centered, integrated approach that places you in the forefront of your journey.
At this time I am accepting new clients for online sessions only. Due to being online only, I can accept clients from anywhere in England or Wales. I also offer testing for ADHD and personality Disorders. I have openings evenings and weekends, and look forward to talking with you soon.
