Our priority is to provide you with a safe place to explore your thoughts & feelings, where you feel enabled to take that step towards looking at the parts of yourself, or your life that you find challenging. We offer a professional, confidential & compassionate service for anyone seeking psychological therapy, which gives space for creative expression, self discovery, joint understanding & the realisation of your inner potential for growth, change & wellness. We also offer clinical supervision services to professionals.
20 years experience in a wide range of issues & trained to Masters level in Integrative & Humanistic therapy. We will tailor the service to meet your individual needs. Offering both short term intervention & longer term psychotherapy we work to foster a trusting relationship which aims to empower you to initiate change toward better mental & physical health.
Therapy is held in a designated place which is confidential & follows Covid guidelines. When you first contact us we offer a 15 minute telephone consultation free of charge, pre booking an appointment, to answer any concerns or questions that you may have. If you contact us & there is no one available, we will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours.
