I am a fully qualified, integrative counsellor and a member of the BACP with extensive experience in the field of eating disorders. I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental approach; providing you the space to explore your feelings in a supportive environment. The approaches I am trained in range from Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focussed Brief Therapy and Transactional Analysis. As every individual is unique, these models provide me with the flexibility to match your needs and how you like to work.
I have been privileged to work with individuals facing a number of different issues and have witnessed counselling to be a really positive and empowering experience for many. It provides an opportunity to explore personal matters and to spend some time thinking about how you feel and what you want.
As a counsellor, I would be honoured to work alongside you on your journey, exploring issues and feelings that may have been hidden or suppressed for a long time.
